These terms cover your use of this website, software.spencerfields.com. Each application listed on the site has its own terms of use, published on its own site. Buying, installing or using one of those applications is governed by its own terms, not these.
This site is published by Spencer Fields, a sole trader established in the United Kingdom, at Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, BH16 6FA.
This site describes the software published by Spencer Fields. It is informational: it does not sell anything, does not process payments, and does not create accounts. Purchases, subscriptions and licences are handled by the stores and merchants of record listed on the individual product sites.
Messages sent through the contact form are read and answered by Spencer Fields, usually within one business day. The form is for enquiries; it does not create a commercial relationship and does not subscribe you to anything. Your name and email address are used only to reply to you and are not shared with anyone else. The privacy policy sets out what is collected and how.
The information on this site is kept as accurate as possible. If a fact is out of date or a statement is wrong, write to Apps@spencerfields.com and it will be corrected. Prices, availability and features of the applications described are set out on their own sites, and those are the ones that apply.
